Hydraulic hoses that are close to operator have shielding to prevent oil under pressure coming directly on the operator. The hoses are of the required pressure for safety.
The operator manuals have proper safety warnings and instructions.
The mower has the proper decals for operations and safety.
The motor drive coupling is properly shielded.
The blade impact test which requires that the mower at full speed, be dropped over a 2" diameter steel peg, and run for 3 seconds, has been completed with no damage to any of the mower components, except notches in the blades.
The blade unbalance test, whereby the unit is operated at full speed for several minutes with one half of one blade missing was completed with not structures of bearing damage at all.
The structural integrity test, whereby 1/2" x 2" rods are dropped through 8 different hold in the deck in quantities, so that 96 rods are contacted by the blades was completed. There were no punctures whatsoever of the blade enclosure. The trash guards front and rear allowed some to escape, which is allowed, but with no damage to the trash guards and of course these were deflected downward.
